PRIO July 2026 Operational Data

August 4, 2026 – PRIO S.A. (“Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), following best practices incorporate governance and transparency, informs its preliminary and non-audited Operational Data for the month of July.

Key:

(1) At the Frade field, the gas lift line replacement was completed on July 19, restoring production from the three wells that had been temporarily shut-in.

(2) At the Bravo cluster, production from the OGX-44HP well was temporarily interrupted to repair the production line.
