PRIO May 2026 Operational Data

June 3, 2026 – PRIO S.A. (“Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), following best practices incorporate governance and transparency, informs its preliminary and non-audited Operational Data for the month of May.

Key:

(1) Production at the Valente cluster was impacted by the need for replacement of a gas lift line at Frade, leading to a temporary shutdown of three wells and a reduction of approximately 7,000 bbl/d. The replacement and full resumption of field operations are expected by the end of June.

(2) At Wahoo, a 24-hour shut-in for transient pressure analysis was conducted in early May. The umbilical installation of the fourth well is ongoing, with production start-up expected next week.

(3) Production at the Albacora Leste field was temporarily impacted by hydrate formation in well ABL-68, with the well’s resumption expected in June.

(4) At the Bravo cluster, production was affected by the shutdown of well OGX-44HP due to a BCS failure, with workover completed and well production resumed in May. (5) Production at the Peregrino field was impacted by a failure in the electrostatic separator’s electrical system, which has been resolved. Well A-15, in the isolated area, started production on May 30 at a rate of 6,000 bbl/d.
