3R PETROLEUM ÓLEO E GÁS S.A. (“3R” or “Company”) (B3: RRRP3), in compliance with the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 44, and following the material fact disclosed on May 16, 2023, informs its investors and the market in general that repairs of the offloading system on platform 3R-3 (FPSO) were concluded on May 24 and on the same date, procedures were started to resume production, as planned by the Company.
At the moment, well PPT-51 is in operation and the Company is awaiting the arrival of a shuttle tanker for a new offloading operation in the coming days, before the reopening of two more wells.
Finally, 3R reinforces its commitment to keep its investors and the market in general duly informed, in line with the best corporate governance practices and in strict compliance with the legislation in force.
