Brazilian Independents Increased Production in 3Q 2021

3R Petroleum recorded an average production of 6,752 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) per day in 3Q 2021, compared to 5,635 boe/d recorded in the previous quarter.

— Most of the increase in production took place with the start of production of the Rio Ventura cluster, in Bahia, acquired from Petrobras in 2020.

— Production from the Macau Cluster, in Rio Grande do Norte, was 5,343 boe/d in 3Q21, compared to 5,208 boe/d in the previous quarter. At the Pescada-Arabaiana cluster, in Ceará, the 3R recorded production of 430 boe/d from July to September, compared to 426 boe/d in the previous quarter.

Petro Rio recorded an average production of 31,621 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) per day in 3Q 2021. The figure is 1.26% higher than that recorded in the previous quarter, of 31,225 boe/d.

— As for the sale of oil, Petro Rio closed the last quarter with a total volume of 2,484,512 barrels. In the quarter from April to June, sales volume was 2,837,067 barrels.

Enauta recorded a total production of 21.7 thousand barrels of oil equivalent (boe) per day in 3Q 2021. In the previous quarter, the company’s production was 17 ,2 thousand boe/d.

— A large part of the increase in production was due to the conclusion of the transfer of 50% of Barra Energia’s interest in the Atlanta field, in the Santos Basin, to Enauta, which took place on June 25th. Since then, the company has accounted for 100% of the field’s production.
