– The Cosan group presented proposals for the purchase of Petrobras’ stake in Gaspetro. The oil company has yet to disclose which others are interested in the deal, but expects to close the deal this year, to complete the transfer in 2021.

– The sale of Gaspetro is part of the agreement proposed by Petrobras to Cade to open the natural gas market, which came into force in 2019. The company is also expected to sell its 51% stake in TBG, which owns the Bolivia-Brazil gas pipeline ( Gasbol).
