The Minister of Mines and Energy, Bento Albuquerque approved the entry of Ecopetrol into the Saturno project, won by Shell and Chevron in the 5th round of production sharing auction, held last year. The Colombian company will have a 10% stake in the exploratory block of the pre-salt.
