Stavanger, September 17th 2026 – CoreMarine has completed the acquisition of
BravOcean, a Brazilian company recognized for its expertise, innovation and
integrated approach to offshore construction operations in Brazil. BravOcean
provides subsea installation support, project management services, and specialist
personnel for complex, deepwater SURF projects.

The acquisition accelerates CoreMarine’s growth in Brazil, broadens its service
offering, and reinforces its position as a trusted partner to the offshore energy
industry – bringing offshore expertise and boots-on-the-ground delivery closer
together.
