PRIO Operational Data for August 2026

Rio de Janeiro, September 2, 2026 – PRIO S.A. (“Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), following best practices incorporate governance and transparency, informs its preliminary and non-audited Operational Data for the month of August.

Key:

(1) Production at the Albacora Leste field was affected by a partial scheduled shutdown for cooling system maintenance.

(2) At the Bravo cluster, production from the OGX-44HP well was temporarily interrupted to repair its production line.

(3) At the Peregrino field, production was impacted by the shutdown of the well C-16 due to a BCS failure, with repairs completed at the end of August. The well A-13, in the Isolado area, started production on August 10, with initial production of 6 kbpd (100% of the asset). (4) Under the JOA (Joint Operating Agreement), Repsol Sinopec Brasil S.A. marketed 501.8 thousand barrels in August, corresponding to its share of the field’s production.
