April 23 – BRAVA ENERGIA S.A. (“BRAVA” or “Company”) (B3: BRAV3), in accordance with CVM Resolution No. 44, informs its investors and the market in general that it received a letter from Ecopetrol S.A., a mixed capital company linked to the Ministry of Mines and Energy of the Republic of Colombia, headquartered in Bogotá, D.C., regarding the acquisition of shares of the Company currently held by certain shareholders, subject to the fulfillment of precedent conditions.
The letter also contemplates the launch of a voluntary public tender offer for the acquisition of additional shares issued by the Company, under the terms and conditions set forth therein, as per the as per the document available at this link.
The Company reiterates its commitment to keep investors and the market in general duly informed of any material developments, in line with best corporate governance practices and in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
