Prio Obtains Operating License for Wahoo

March 03, 2026 – PRIO S.A. (the “Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), in compliance with best corporate governance practices, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, the Brazilian Institute of the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (“Ibama”) has granted the Operating License (“LO”) for the Wahoo Field.

With the issuance of the LO, the Company concludes the final regulatory step for the start of production at the field, which is currently in the final stage of commissioning. PRIO will keep the market informed of the project’s progress
