Feb. 6 – BRAVA ENERGIA S.A. (“Brava” or “Company”) (B3: BRAV3), informs its investors and the market in general of the preliminary and unaudited production data for the month of January 2026.

Potiguar – The monthly results reflect the impact of the temporary shutdown of facilities in the region, resulting from the audit conducted by the ANP in September 2025. The Company has been gradually receiving the required approvals to resume production. In addition, power supply failures impacted production in the month of January
Recôncavo – Gas production was impacted by the scheduled maintenance shutdown of the Catu UPGN (operated by Petrobras) carried out during the month of January.
Atlanta – Monthly production was impacted by adjustments carried out during the month of January on one of the pumps in operation.
Parque das Conchas – The asset experienced operational instability following a scheduled shutdown. The operator is carrying out interventions to support the resumption of normalized production levels.
Brava operates the Potiguar, Recôncavo, Papa-Terra, Atlanta, and Peroá assets, and also holds a non-operated 35% stake in Pescada, 45% in the Manati Field, both operated by Petrobras, and 23% in Parque das Conchas, operated by Shell.
