Enauta announces that it has approved the drilling of an additional well in the Early Production System (SPA) of the Atlanta Field.
The new well, scheduled to start production in early 2023, will allow for a significant increase in production and will add a spare to the wells’ pumping system. The estimated value of the well is US$75 million, with US$60 million for drilling and completion and the remainder for interconnection.
Drilling is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The second phase of the project to increase the processing capacity of the water produced on the FPSO Petrojarl I was also approved, which will go from 8,500 to 11,5 thousand barrels per day as of the second quarter of 2022, reducing the production restriction existing. The estimated amount is US$8 million.
Located in the Santos Basin, the Atlanta Field is operated by Enauta Energia S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which also holds 100% of this asset
