(TNPetroleo) Eneva signs concession contracts for the assets acquired by the Company in the second cycle of the Permanent Offer of the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), held on December 4, 2020, which include three onshore exploratory blocks in the Amazon Basin, the Juruá area in the Solimões Basin and 70% interest in four onshore blocks in the Paraná Basin, as operator, in a consortium with Enauta Energia SA
In the Amazonas Basin, in the State of Amazonas, the Company acquired a 100% interest in three onshore blocks AMT-62, AM-T-84 and AM-T-85, having offered a total Minimum Exploratory Program (“PEM”) of 11,414 Work Units (“UT”), to be carried out over 8 years, in the total area of 7,224 km². The value of the signing bonus for these blocks was R$16.3 million.
In the Solimões Basin, Eneva acquired a 100% interest in the Juruá area (“Juruá”), located 725 km southwest of Manaus (Amazonas) and 110 km west of the Urucu oil and gas fields. The subscription bonus offered by Eneva por Juruá was R$25.7 million.
In the Paraná Basin, Eneva acquired a 70% interest in the four blocks PAR-T-196, PAR-T-215, PAR-T-86, PART-99, in consortium with Enauta Energia SA. The consortium will be operated by Eneva . These exploratory blocks are located in the states of Mato Grosso do Sul and Goiás, with an area of approximately 11,544 km². The PEM offered for 100% of the blocks was 7,548 UTs, to be executed in up to 6 years. The total value of signing bonuses offered was R$2.1 million.
