Papa-Terra divestment near to closing

(PetroleoHoje) Six months after the binding date, Petrobras and 3R Petroleum should close, by the end of June, the divestment operation of the Papa-Terra field, located in deep waters in the Campos Basin.

The terms of the asset purchase and sale contracts have already been negotiated, depending only on the seller’s internal arrangements to conclude.
