3R enters the final negotiation phase for the acquisition of the Papa-Terra field

(Valor) The president of 3R Petroleum, Ricardo Savini, confirmed that the company is in the final stage of negotiations with Petrobras to acquire the Papa-Terra field, in deep waters of the Campos Basin.

• “We remain cautious, but we are very confident that we are prepared, both 3R and Petrobras, to continue with this contract in the coming weeks, more towards the end of next month”, he says.
• The company closed an agreement to create 3R Offshore with DBO Energy, which will own 30% of the company.
