Petrobras will sell the gas fields Pescada-Arabaiana production project, located in the shallow waters of the Potiguar Basin.
The oil company is about to conclude direct negotiations with Ouro Preto, current partner in the project, to sell its 65% stake in the asset located in the Rio Grande do Norte shallow waters, passing on the position of operator.
Negotiations have been in progress since the beginning of the year,
