MORE TIME FOR PETROBRAS DIVESTMENTS

ANP extended deadline for Petrobras to conclude operations involving land and shallow water fields

The ANP has extended the deadlines for Petrobras to complete its divestments in land and shallow water. The operations involve 124 fields at 20 clusters – some of them already sold, but not yet with all the regulatory approvals required for the sale.

For the processes related to the Lagoa Parda, Enchova, Pampo, Ceará Mar, Fazenda Belém , Sergipe Terra 2, Sergipe Terra 3, Miranga, Cricaré, Tucano Sul, Remanso, Ventura and Recôncavo clusters, the agency established a deadline of December 31.

Among them, the Lagoa Parda clusters have already been sold to Imetame and Pampo and Enchova to Trident Energy. Both operations were endorsed by Cade.

Sergipe Terra 1, Rio Grande Norte Mar, Sergipe Mar, Merluza, Carapanaúba / Cupiúba, Garoupa and Peroá / Cangoá poles can be sold until June 30, 2020.
