Maha Energy announced changes in its command. The company is reorganizing its board, which will have part of the team focused on the development of production assets in Brazil and another on the development of new business.
Alan Johnson will be Vice President of Operations. He has over 25 years of experience in the O&G industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Gran Tierra Energy in Brazil, Colombia and Peru.
Robert Richardson will be vice president of Engineering and New Enterprises, and Ronald Panchuk, Executive VP of Business Development, Legal and New Business. Both will be responsible for managing new development projects under review by Maha.
Victoria Berg will be Investor Relations Manager and Deputy Managing Director – in the latter case to assist the Managing Director at the oil company headquarters in Sweden. The executive has been working for ten years in the investor relations sector.
Maha operates concessions for the Tartaruga (75%) fields in the Sergipe-Alagoas Basin and Tiê (100%) in the Recôncavo Basin, in addition to the exploration blocks REC-T-117, REC-T-118, REC-T-129, REC-T-142, REC-T-155 and REC-T-224, also in the Recôncavo.
