The ANP is working to include deepwater assets in the permanent offer regime, the agency’s managing director, Dedio Oddone, said on Wednesday. Among them are the Piranema field, which is part of Petrobras’ divestment plan, and Moréia, returned by the state company to the ANP.
During the inauguration of a robot for storing E&P data in Rio de Janeiro, Oddone pointed out that there will be great growth in exploration and production of assets on permanent offer.
“In the next two to three years we will have a significant increase in production, with the development of each project arousing interest from others. And for this, having access to technical data is essential, ”he said.
The director revealed that the first cycle already has three companies interested in acquiring assets. The registered companies will have until August 7th to present offer guarantees accompanied by declaration of interest.

With the new robot, which was invested R$ 12 million, the ANP expects to reduce by 60% the costs of data acquisition for companies.
“Regarding the permanent offer, when the blocks are included in the announcement, the technical information will be available. It will facilitate access and participation of stakeholders, ”concluded Oddone.
