The ANP has accepted a request from Enauta and will grant 282 days for the first exploratory period of the FZA-M-90 block in the Foz do Amazonas Basin and 340 days for the PAMA-M-265 and PAMA-M-337 blocks in the Pará-Maranhão.
The oil company claimed more time to develop the asset, due to delays in obtaining environmental licensing by IBAMA.
Enauta holds a 100% interest in the blocks, which were sold in the 11th round of concession in 2013.
In addition to Foz do Amazonas and Pará-Maranhão, Enauta has concessions in the Sergipe-Alagoas basins (6), Camamu (2); Espírito Santo (2); Santos (1); and Ceará (1).
