Elfe was the winner of a Petrobras bid to contract construction and assembly services for platforms managed by their Espírito Santo Operational Unit (UO-ES).
As published, the lowest price presented in the tender was offered by Tecvix Planejamento e Serviços Eireli, but the company was disqualified because it did not meet economic, technical and SMS criteria.
Elfe was ranked fourth, just behind Master Logic Instalacoes e Montagens and Seiton Industrial Eireli, who also ended up being disqualified by Petrobras.
The scope of the contract – which has not yet been signed – covers platforms P-57 and P-58, in Parque das Baleias; PPER-1, in the field of Peroá; and MOP-1 (PIG Operating Module) – all managed by the Espírito Santo Operational Unit (UO-ES).
The new agreement will, in practice give, continuity to the work that Elfe has already been doing on these platforms as part of a three-year contract signed in 2016.
Petrobras opened on Tuesday (March 26) the period of receipt of commercial proposals for the provision of Construction and Assembly services at UO-SEAL’s land-based production facilities in the state of Alagoas. Starting in June 2021, the contract will last 600 days.
