September 22, 2026 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras, further to the notice to the market dated August 27, 2026, hereby announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Petrobras Global Finance B.V. (PGF), has delivered, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant agreements, notices announcing the early redemption price to holders of the 5.999% Global Notes due 2028.
The total redemption amount is equivalent to approximately US$1 billion, excluding accrued and unpaid interest. The table below provides additional information on the notes and the redemption prices:
The financial settlement of the redemption will occur on September 25, 2026.
