PRIO Ramps up Production with Third Wahoo Well

April 6, 2026 – PRIO S.A. (“Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), in compliance with best corporate governance practices, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has opened the third producing well at the Wahoo Field, whose production has stabilized at 10,000 barrels of oil per day.

As previously disclosed, the Company reduced the flow rate of the wells, limiting the Field’s production to 32,000 barrels of oil per day with three producing wells. After the opening of the fourth well, scheduled for the end of April, the Company will limit the Field’s production to 40,000 barrels of oil per day. PRIO will keep the market informed about the evolution of production at the Wahoo Field.
