PRIO Production of the Second Wahoo Well

 March 27, 2026 – PRIO S.A. (the “Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), in compliance with best corporate governance practices, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has opened the second producing well at the Wahoo Field, whose production has stabilized at 12,000 barrels of oil per day.

The opening schedule for the remaining wells remains on track and following the opening of the third and fourth wells, PRIO will reduce the production of the first two wells in order to reach production of 40,000 barrels per day at the Wahoo Field by the end of April. PRIO will keep the market informed of the start of production of the wells.
