PRIO – Wahoo Field Start-Up

March 19, 2026 – PRIO S.A. (the “Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), in compliance with best corporate governance practices, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has opened the first producing well at the Wahoo Field.

Following production stabilization and completion of fiscal metering procedures, the Company will release a further notice disclosing the well’s productivity, as well as the expected timeline for the remaining producing wells to come online.
