PRIO Announces Drilling License of Frade Field

Rio de Janeiro, March 16, 2026 – PRIO S.A. (the “Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), in compliance with best corporate governance practices, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, the Brazilian Institute of the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (“Ibama”) has issued the amendment to the Drilling License for the Frade Field (“Field”), thereby authorizing the Company to drill up to 14 new wells in the Field.

PRIO will keep the market informed about the drilling schedule for the Field.
