Brava Energia Announces Termination of Negotiations for the Acquisition of Interest in Tartaruga Verde and Espandarte – Module III

March 17 – BRAVA ENERGIA S.A. (“Brava” or “Company”) (B3: BRAV3), pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 44 and, following the Material Fact disclosed to the market on January 16, 2026, informs its investors and the market in general that, on this date, March 16, 2026, Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras communicated its decision to exercise the right to acquire 50% interest currently held by PETRONAS Petróleo Brasil Ltda. (“PPBL”) in the Tartaruga Verde field (BM-C-36 Concession) and in Module III of the Espadarte field, located in the Campos Basin, State of Rio de Janeiro.

With the exercise notified, the Company is terminating the negotiations with PETRONAS regarding the aforementioned transaction and will be reimbursed for the amount paid on the signing, without economic impact, subject to contractual adjustments.
