PRIO February ’26 Operational Data

Rio de Janeiro, March 3, 2026 – PRIO S.A. (“Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), following best practices incorporate governance and transparency, informs its preliminary and non-audited Operational Data for the month of February.

Key: (1) Monthly production was impacted by isolated events, all of which have been resolved: (i) in Frade, operations were limited by the well testing campaign required by ANP and multiphase meter tests for the Wahoo Project; (ii) in the Polvo and TBMT cluster, there was a temporary turbine failure; (iii) in Albacora Leste, production was affected by preventive compressor maintenance; and (iv) in Peregrino, a power generation failure on the FPSO limited operations for 3 days.
