PRIO – December 2025 Operational Data

January 5, 2026 – PRIO S.A. (“Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), following best practices incorporate governance and transparency, informs its preliminary and non-audited Operational Data for the month of December.

Key:

(1) The figures refers to PRIO’s 80% stake in Peregrino, considering production throughout the month. As the closing of the acquisition of the additional 40% and operation happened on November 11, 2025, the field contributed proportionally with 68,783 barrels per day in November. 

(2) In the Polvo and Tubarão Martelo cluster, the POL-GY well started production on December 18, with initial production of approximately 1,500 barrels per day.   (2) On December 13, the installation of the second compressor at the Albacora Leste field was completed, enabling the resumption of the field’s normalized production.
