Dec. 17- BRAVA ENERGIA S.A. pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 44, in response to the news published in the media today by the website pipelinevalor.globo.com, clarifies to its investors and the market in general that:
(i) There are no ongoing negotiations with Eneva S.A. regarding the sale of the Company’s E&P assets, although portfolio composition and capital allocation are a permanent part of Brava’s strategic analysis.
(ii) The Company is not aware of any potential parties seeking to acquire its shares with the intention of forming a controlling block.
Finally, Brava reinforces its commitment to keep its investors and the market in general duly informed, in line with best market practices and in strict compliance with current legislation.
