December 2, 2025 – PRIO S.A. (“Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), following best practices incorporate governance and transparency, informs its preliminary and non-audited Operational Data for the month of November.
Key:
(1) Production at the Albacora Leste field was impacted by a failure in the gas compression system, which lacks adequate redundancy, that is expected to be resolved in the first half of December with the arrival of long-lead items purchased abroad. (2) The figures refers to PRIO’s 80% stake in Peregrino, considering production throughout the month. As the closing of the acquisition of the additional 40% and operation happened on November 11, 2025, the field contributed proportionally with 68,783 barrels per day in November.
