Brava Energia – Audit conclusion and partial interdiction of operation in the Potiguar Basin by ANP

Oct. 13 – BRAVA ENERGIA S.A. (“BRAVA” or “Company”) (B3: BRAV3), pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 44, and following the Material Fact of October 9, 2025, informs its investors and the market in general that the audit carried out by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (“ANP”) in the Potiguar Basin was completed on October 10, 2025.

The ANP, through its Operational Safety Superintendence (“SSO”), has decided on the temporary closure of a group of facilities that had already been halted by the company during the audit process to carry out adjustments. The impact caused by the interdiction is estimated at 3,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day (“boe/d”) in October 2025 average production, equivalent to 3.8% of the total average production recorded by the Company in the third quarter of 2025.

The Company also highlights that: (i) the total average production over the last 30 days is above 90 thousand barrels per day, already incorporating part of the impact of the interdiction, and (ii) the investment to carry out the necessary adjustments is foreseen in the 2025/2026 budget cycle.

Brava is mobilized to safely and quickly implement all the adjustments requested by ANP, in order to improve the conditions of its facilities and enable the gradual resumption of operations at the interdicted facilities, with the expectation of completing this work during the fourth quarter of 2025.

Finally, the Company reinforces its commitment to meeting the legal requirements of regulatory and supervisory bodies and to continually improving its management process to achieve increasingly higher standards of safety and efficiency. It will keep its investors and the market in general duly informed, in line with best corporate governance practices and strict compliance with current legislation.
