Brava Energia – Election of new Chairman of the Board

Aug. 11 – BRAVA ENERGIA S.A. (“BRAVA” or “Company”) (B3: BRAV3), pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 44, hereby informs its investors and the market in general that, on August 8, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors unanimously elected Mr. Richard Kovacs to the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, following the resignation of Mr. Harley Lorentz Scardoelli, who will remain as a member of Brava’s Board of Directors.

The Company and the Board of Directors thank Mr. Harley Lorentz Scardoelli for his commitment, dedication and leadership in Brava creation context and in the performance of his duties as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.
