BRAVA ENERGIA S.A. (“BRAVA” or “Company”) (B3: BRAV3), informs its investors and the market in general the preliminary and unaudited production data for the month of July 2025.
The Company renewed its historical production record in July, reaching a daily average of 90.9 thousand boe, an increase of 6.0% compared to the average recorded in the second quarter of 2025. This result mainly reflects the evolution of the offshore segment, with emphasis on Papa-Terra, which recorded in July 2025 the best production result since August 2021, and the strong evolution of the Atlanta operation during the first half of 2025.

Atlanta – Connection of wells 2H and 3H and completion of Phase 1 of the Atlanta development
During July, the connection of wells 2H and 3H was completed, followed by the release of the PLSV responsible for this activity. The vessel’s departure marked the completion of Phase 1 of Atlanta development, concluding the most intensive implementation phase of the project: the drilling of two new wells (6H and 7H), the adaptation of the FPSO, and the connection of the wells to the FPSO. Ongoing adjustments, both to the FPSO and in the subsea environment, are being conducted with the Company’s own team and resources that are part of its operational routine.
It’s worth noting that the contracting and mobilization process for Phase 2 of the Atlanta development is in an advanced phase and on schedule. This phase includes the drilling of two new wells, with production expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027. Brava operates the Potiguar, Recôncavo, Papa-Terra, Atlanta, and Peroá Clusters, and holds a non-operated stake of 35% in Pescada, a 45% stake in the Manati Field, both operated by Petrobras, and a 23% stake in Parque das Conchas, operated by Shell.
