PRIO announces Wahoo preliminary license

PRIO S.A. (“Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), following best corporate governance practices, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, today, the Brazilian Institute of the Environment and Natural Renewable Resources (“Ibama”) has granted the Preliminary License (“LP”) of the Wahoo Field Production Development System and interconnection of the wells to the Frade FPSO. Thus, the Company will continue with the process to issue the Installation License (“LI”), which is necessary to start the subsea construction and interconnection of the field to the FPSO Frade and will keep the market informed of the project schedule once the LI is granted.
