Petrobras informs about the Chief Energy Transition and Sustainability Officer

Petrobras, following up on the release of 03/27/2025, informs that its Board of Directors (BoD), in a meeting held today, approved the early termination of the mandate of the Chief Energy Transition and Sustainability Officer, Mauricio Tolmasquim, in a negotiated manner, on 05/27/2025.

The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of the Chief Industrial Processes and Products Officer, William França, to perform, cumulatively and without prejudice to his other duties, the activities of the position of Petrobras’ Chief Energy Transition and Sustainability Officer, as of May 28, 2025, until the election and investiture of the company’s new Chief Energy Transition and Sustainability Officer.
