3R NOW IS BRAVA ENERGIA

3R PETROLEUM ÓLEO E GÁS S.A. (“3R” or “Company”) (B3: RRRP3), pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 44, hereby informs its investors and the market in general that the Company’s new brand will be Brava Energia and that its shares will start trading on B3 under the code BRAV3 and with the new trading name BRAVA, as of September 9, 2024.

The new brand reflects the beginning of the journey of one of the main independent companies in the oil and gas sector in Latin America, with a diversified, high-growth portfolio with a robust volume of low-risk proven reserves, integrated with industrial activities and logistics assets.

Brava Energia focuses on maximizing results through a relentless pursuit of operational efficiencies and capital discipline. The Company remains alert to opportunities to develop new businesses and take advantage of its competitive advantages that can generate value for shareholders, customers, suppliers, employees and society.

The Company informs that, after the Board of Directors’ approval for the change of the brand, the corporate procedures for changing the corporate name, registering the brand and other formalities are underway and will be announced to the market in due course.
