Moodys confirms Petrobras’ credit rating

Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that Moodys rating agency has reaffirmed its credit rating at “Ba1”, one notch above the country, with a stable outlook. The stand-alone credit rating was also reaffirmed at “Ba1”, reflecting the company’s credit metrics and its positive track record of operational and financial improvement. The rating also reflects Moody’s expectation that Petrobras’ operational and financial discipline will continue to support cash generation, which will help sustain its current capital structure.
