PRIO operational data March 2024

PRIO S.A. (“Company” or “PRIO”) (B3: PRIO3), following best practices incorporate governance and transparency, informs its preliminary and non-audited Operational Data for the month of March.

Key:

(1) The production from the Frade field was affected due to a defect in the gas lift valve of the ODP5 well, which required a temporary interruption of the well to replace it. On April 3, the valve was replaced and the well returned to production.

(2) Albacora Leste had lower than expected production in the month due to the continued repair of the generator that had failed in February. The repair has now been completed and production has stabilized.
