3R Petroleum on the Clara Camarão Refinery activities

3R PETROLEUM ÓLEO E GÁS S.A. (“3R” or “Company”) (B3: RRRP3), in accordance with CVM Resolution No. 44, informs its investors and the market in general that the resumption of the Clara Camarão Refinery activities is underway, with full return scheduled for December 2023, after a programmed maintenance stoppage.

The Company highlights that maintenance activities have been carried out in accordance with the planning and budget, as well as the work schedule previously communicated to the National Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANP) and to other operators and stakeholders that use the infrastructure and facilities that comprises the Guamaré Industrial Asset, part of the Potiguar Cluster.

Additionally, the Company informs that its production activities (upstream) in the Potiguar Basin did not suffer any operational restrictions during the period. In this aspect, 3R reaffirms its huge operational flexibility in the region, supported by robust storage capacity and integration between the upstream segment and the mid & downstream segment facilities.
