(1) It does not consider gas production at Areia Branca, Fazenda Belém and Papa Terra Clusters, as those volumes are consumed in the operation process and/or reinjected into the reservoirs.

(2) Refers to the 35% interest held by 3R in the Pescada Cluster. The remaining 65% WI is in transition phase.

(3) Production at Potiguar Cluster considers 23 days of operation in 2Q23. The Company took over the operation of the asset on June 8, 2023.

(4) In June, approximately 55% of the gas produced at the Recôncavo Cluster was reinjected into the reservoirs.

(5) Refers to the 85% interest held by 3R in the Peroá Cluster. 70% WI up to Aug/22.

(6) The asset’s production in the 4Q22 considers only nine days of operation. Refers to the 53.13% interest held by 3R in the Papa Terra Cluster.

In June 2023, 3R was the operator of Potiguar, Macau, Areia Branca, Fazenda Belém, Rio Ventura, Recôncavo, Peroá and Papa Terra Clusters, and held a 35% stake in the Pescada Cluster, the latter still operated by Petrobras. The consolidated average daily production of the nine Clusters mentioned above totaled 45,515 barrels of oil equivalent (boe) in June 2023. Of this total, the portion referring to 3R’s stake reached an average daily production of 37,667 boe.

The average daily production that belongs to 3R considering only the 23 days of 3R operation at the Potiguar Cluster in June was 41,429 (3R took over the operation of the asset on June 8, 2023).

Regarding the operational performance of the upstream segment for June 2023, the Company highlights that:

Potiguar Complex: production at Potiguar Complex recorded a growth of 2.9x (+190.5%) boe/d when compared to the previous month (M/M). The performance is justified by: (i) the incorporation of the Potiguar Cluster as of June 8, 2023, and (ii) the continued improvement in performance at the Macau Cluster, +9.6% boe/d M/M, mainly explained by : (a) the connection of drilled and reactivated wells to the production network, based on the increase in outflow capacity, and (b) partially offset by interventions in the installations and in the asset separation plants, still in progress.

Recôncavo Complex: production at Recôncavo Cluster was down 2.3% boe/d M/M. The performance is explained by the greater number of interventions in wells during the month.

Peroá Cluster: production at Peroá Cluster registered a reduction of 13.7% boe/d M/M. This result reflects the impact of a scheduled shutdown at the Cacimbas Natural Gas Treatment Unit (UTGC), which interrupted the receipt of gas produced at the asset for a few days of the month.

Papa Terra Cluster: production at the Papa Terra Complex recorded monthly growth of 71.2% bbl/d. This result is due to the resumption of production of the asset after a temporary interruption in May, according to material facts disclosed on May 16 and 29, 2023.

In June, oil offloading at Papa Terra Cluster summed 117 thousand barrels, corresponding to 3R Offshore subsidiary.prod grafico eng.jpg
