3R PETROLEUM Enters on IBOVESPA and IBrX 100 Indexes

3R PETROLEUM ÓLEO E GÁS S.A. (“3R” or “Company”) (B3: RRRP3), communicates its investors and the market in general that, as of this date, its shares will be included in the portfolio of Ibovespa Index (“Ibovespa”) and Brazil 100 Index (“IBrX 100”) of B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”). The new portfolio will be effective from January to April 2022.

The Ibovespa is the main performance indicator for shares traded on B3 and includes the companies with highest liquidity and representativeness in the Brazilian stock market. The IBrX 100 consists of the 100 companies with most traded stocks in B3.

With this inclusion, 3R shares now integrates the portfolios of a total of eight B3 indexes, these being, in addition to the Ibovespa and IBrX 100, the Brazil Stock Index (IBrA), Special Corporate Governance Stock Index (IGC), Special Tag-Along Stock Index (ITAG), Corporate Governance Trade Index (IGCT), Novo Mercado Corporate Governance Equity Index (IGC-NM) and Small Cap Index (SMLL).

The presence in these indexes is the result of the Company’s intensive work to increase its participation, relevance and exposure in the market, being an important liquidity vector for its shares. 3R remains focused on its organic growth strategy and reinforces its commitment on transparency in communication and relationship with the market, always in line with the best corporate governance practices
