(epbr) Petrobras is in negotiations to dispose of its gas E&P activities in Bolivia and to close all activities in Argentina and Colombia.

– In Bolivia, gas production comes mainly from the San Alberto and San Antonio fields, where Petrobras holds a 35% interest in service operation contracts.

– According to a source, the state company is in negotiations to sell, in addition to the production fields, the three natural gas processing units (UPGN) that it has in the country, and the 11% stake in Gás Transboliviano (GTB), responsible on the Bolivian side of Gasbol.
