Saipem and BW Offshore (BWO) signed a memorandum of understanding to form a partnership in the FPSO segment. Recently sewn by the directors of the companies in Italy and Norway, the agreement was confirmed to PetróleoHoje, focusing, at first hand, the exclusive Shell bid for the FPSO of Gato do Mato, in the Santos pre-salt.
