PETRORIO HIRES MARKET MAKER

(“Company” or “PetroRio”) (B3: PRIO3) in compliance with CVM Instruction 384 as of March 17th, 2003 hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that as of November 18, 2019, the services of Market Maker will no longer be provided by Genial Institucional Corretora De Câmbio, Títulos E Valores Mobiliários S.A. (new corporate denomination of Brasil Plural Corretora De Câmbio, Títulos E Valores Mobiliários S.A.) registered under the General Taxpayers n° 05.816.451/0001-15, with headquarters in the city of São Paulo, Brazil at Rua Surubim, 373 and will be provided by Credit Suisse (Brasil) S.A. Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, with headquarters in the city of São Paulo, at Rua Leopoldo Couto de Magalhães Jr., 700 – 10th, 12th and 14th floor, registered under General Taxpayers n° 42.584.318/0001-07.

The Company informs that its current free float consists of 133,679,944 ordinary shares. The contract with Credit Suisse (Brasil) S.A. Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários is valid for a one-year period, with the possibility of being extended by common agreement between the parties. The contract could also be potentially cancelled and/or terminated at any time and without any prejudice to the parties, through written request sent to the other part, at least, 30 days prior to the date of the cancellation and/or termination. The hiring of this market maker service aims at increasing the liquidity of the shares issued by the Company.
