Petrobras – Pre-payments of bank debts

Rio de Janeiro, November 30, 2018 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras informs that it has pre-paid bank debts totaling US$ 1.35 billion, according to the table below:

The transactions are in line with the company’s liability management strategy, which aims to improve its amortization profile and cost of debt taking into consideration the deleveraging goals under its 2018-2022 Business and Management Plan.
