INTEGRATION OF THE P-76 MODULES WILL BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF THE YEAR/Techint

Proving the quality and efficiency of the domestic industry, despite the dismantling of the local content policy, Techint is preparing to complete the integration of the modules of the P-76 platform, which will be used in Búzios 3, in the pre-salt , with a production capacity of 150,000 barrels of oil per day. The work is expected to be finalized by the end of this year.

Of the 20 modules of the platform, 15 were executed in Brazil by Techint E & C itself, in a competitive project with 71% local content. This week, an event of the Virtuos Circuit of the Oil and Gas Industry, presented the details of the project, in the state of Paraná, with the presence of the mayors of the municipalities of Pontal do Paraná, Morretes and Guaraqueçaba.

Today, Techint generates more than 4,500 jobs, with 70% of the workforce in the region, and has become a benchmark in local content. The company has its specialized offshore unit located in Pontal do Paraná.
