Brazil’s state-controlled oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA is making “interesting discoveries” in blocks in the Campos basin, off the Rio de Janeiro coast, where it is drilling deeper to reach the pre-salt layer, Chief Executive Pedro Parente said on Wednesday.
