ROSNEFT AND TEK INITIATE DRILLING IN THE SOLIMÕES AND RECONCAVO BASINS

Rosneft began drilling in the Solimões Basin, in block SOL-T-169. Another company that will also start the drilling campaign is Tek, which kicked off its work in the REC-T-153 block in the Recôncavo Basin.

In relation to the Rosneft project, it is the well 1RNB2AM, which began to be drilled in the last days of December. Tek’s case refers to the 1TEK3BA well. The activity began last Thursday (4).

In December, other companies also began drilling new wells, such as Petrobrás (3BRSA1358DRN), in the Canto do Amaro field; and Parnaíba Gás Natural (4PGN23MA and 4PGN23MA, in the Parnaíba Basin).
