Rio de Janeiro, October 11, 2017 – Petróleo Brasileiro SA – Petrobras, in relation to the news published in the media, on the decision of the 3rd Federal Court of Sergipe that granted an injunction, in a popular action, determining the suspension of the assignment of 22 , 5% of Petrobras’ stake in the Iara area and the 35% sale of the Lapa field operation to Total, clarifies that it has not yet received any subpoena and that, after review of the injunction, it can confirm its content and the company will take all reasonable legal measures to guarantee its interests and its shareholders.
